Solutions-oriented — you thrive on solving problems and bringing clarity where there is ambiguity.
-
Focused on client experience – you are omnipresent to the needs of our clients and the exceptional experience we are committed to delivering.
-
A right hand and steady presence — you anticipate the needs and intuitively support the principal designer.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
-
Oversee procurement and vendor management, ensuring all quotes, orders, deliveries, and logistics are accurate, timely, and aligned with project goals.
-
Elevate studio effectiveness, by having your finger on the pulse of all project timelines and supporting the designers throughout the process.
-
Support HR responsibilities, including onboarding, coordination, and nurturing a collaborative studio working environment.
-
Manage marketing initiatives, helping the firm communicate its award-winning work with elegance and consistency.
-
Oversee general office administration, ensuring the studio runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally at all times.
-
Serve as the trusted support to the principal designer, ensuring the vision of SBI is fully realized without distraction.
WHAT WE OFFER
-
The opportunity to play a pivotal role at an award-winning boutique design firm with projects spanning North America.
-
A seat at the heart of a studio where excellence, discretion, and creativity are the standard.
-
A dynamic role that combines operations and leadership, with the chance to shape the rhythm and environment of the studio.
-
A supportive, collaborative team environment rooted in trust, mastery, and shared success.
